Booking Policy

• All enquiries need to be directed to the Booking Office on 1800 801 807 or 08 9538 1300.
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of completed booking form and deposit.
• Accommodation is charged PER DAY.
• We encourage bookings 6-12 months in advance to secure preferred date.
• Roll-over bookings. Existing clients are offered first option on the same booking 12 months ahead.
• Weekend bookings commence at 5pm on Friday and finish by 5pm Sunday.

DEPOSITS

• Bookings must be confirmed with a deposit for each bunkhouse or cottage.
• Deposits are payable 6 months prior to the camp date.
• For bookings made within 6 months of the camp date deposit are payable on request.

PRICES

• Midweek and weekend prices available on application.
• Peak and off-peak MINIMUMS apply to all buildings.
• Hire fees apply to use of Abseil Tower/Climbing Wall and Ropes Courses.
